RESEARCH INTERESTS
My research interests are focused in the fields of Computational Biology and Structural Bioinformatics for exploring the structural, dynamic and functional features of biological membranes and membrane-bound proteins. At the same time, I am interested in exploring the structural dynamic features that govern peptide and protein aggregation through computational means. Towards this end, I employ a number of Computational Biophysics methods including Macromolecular Modeling and Docking, Molecular Mechanics calculations and Molecular Dynamics simulations, as well as Computational Biology analysis methods such as biological networks.
